Delete inside the app

1. Sign in to the account.
2. Open Profile → Settings & Privacy.
3. Open Account & Data Controls.
4. Select “Delete my account” and complete any required re-authentication.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email jinhabussines@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “GlowUp 101 account deletion request.” Additional verification may be required to prevent unauthorized deletion.

What deletion covers

The authentication account, profile, and eligible user-owned routines, saved items, scan history, progress entries, and community content are scheduled for deletion, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or resolving disputes.

Important

Deletion is permanent. Guest-only data stored on a device may disappear when app data is cleared. Payments are not currently enabled; when introduced, deleting an account will not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
