Information you choose to provide
- Account and profile details.
- Goals, routines, preferences, saved content, product scans, and progress entries.
- Photos you deliberately select for an available photo feature.
- Community content if those publishing features are enabled.
- Support messages and technical diagnostics needed to resolve problems.
How information is used
To provide requested features, sync eligible account data, personalize routines, secure accounts, prevent abuse, moderate enabled community services, and improve reliability. Glow Score represents consistency and engagement—not attractiveness.
AI and product information
AI features are currently locked. If enabled later, only the minimum relevant context should be sent to the configured provider. Product facts must come from catalog or ingredient-reference data; AI must not invent ingredients, certifications, prices, or barcode matches.
Photos and permissions
Camera, photo-library, and notification permissions are requested only when a related feature needs them. Device settings can revoke permission. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Storage, sharing, and retention
Eligible data may be processed by service providers used to operate the app, such as Firebase and catalog providers. Data is retained only as needed for the feature, security, legal duties, and resolving disputes. GlowUp 101 does not claim to sell personal information.
Your choices
You can review permissions, delete available content, use guest mode where offered, or request permanent account deletion. Store subscriptions—when introduced—must be cancelled separately from deleting an account.

Children and safety
The launch experience is intended for people aged 16 or older because the broader product may include personal photos and community features. The app is not medical care and does not diagnose conditions.
